This location is fantastic! The staff was patient and efficient with our large family. They did a great job and we would definitely recommend to anyone. We drive past the Chipotle in our city to go to this location. We will definitely return. Keep up the great work! :)
Chipotle as a whole is great, this one not so much. Regularly no lemons or limes. One time a girl said, "they're in the back, but not cut up" There was no line behind me and I'm looking at her like...
Trash overflowing, tables dirty and no forks. Every place has a bad day and if it was busy at the time, I'd get it... But this is constant at this one.
Not sure what these one star ratings are talking about, I order online from here all the time and never once has my order been wrong and I've only had to wait once for about 5 minutes and they even gave me a free drink for my "trouble" although I told them it was perfectly okay because I could see they were obviously very busy. Staff is always very friendly even during rush. Ignore those 1 stars, this place is great.
Good food, but this location has had a fairly large problem with order accuracy, particularly for online orders.
8pm, end of the day rush, line to the door. Service was relatively quick, food was good. As usual the condiment, utensil and drink station looked like a pack of wild animals got to it. 5 forks left, no napkins, no Chipotle tabasco and the garbage cans overflowing. The cashier was way too busy with online orders and cashiering to ask for napkins. This all comes down to the bane of the fast food industry... not enough help. This location is usually very busy, they need to hire more people.
