Took the waitress 20 minutes to bring out the waters. Another 20 to order our apps and we are waiting for another 30 minutes for them to come out!! we wanted to place our order but she had not come by us once. She was to busy working at the bar laughing with the guy at the bar!! We called over another waitress and she asked the other girl if we ordered our entrées and she said yes! WE ONLY ORDERED APPS!? She then came over and said 'So sorry, I've been in just other places..." No, she was directly in front of us at the bar the whole time fooling around and just forgot about us.. We ended up not even ordering our main dish and wanted our check.. Took her another 15 minutes to bring us our check. And it was happy hour on apps and she charged us in full for them. I love this Applebee's but I fear to even come back from my experience with this waitress. We even gave the tip to the other waitress that actually did care for us and it wasn't even our table...
The server was very nice, and the service was great. My broccoli and cheese soup was terrible. It was like a thick dip that tasted horrible. I literally picked up a tortilla chip and dipped it in my soup to show how thick it was to my son. I had the exact soup the day before when I went there with my mother for lunch and it was pretty good so that's why I ordered it again, but like I said it was awful. I took one bite. The chicken won ton tacos were okay. My son liked what he ordered. I will say we use to go to this Apple Bees all the time, and the food was always EXCELLENT, but now it's just "ok" and there's always one food item that is terrible, such as my soup in this case. It also seems like quite a few items that use to be on the menue are no longer on there, and the items that have been removed were all really good. I kept coming back here in the hopes that the food was going to be "Excellent" again, but unfortunately it seems it only gets worse.We won't be back.
Waiter seemed in a hurry, we had to tell him happy hr prices on premium beer, burger. My bourbon chicken was burned. Had to ask for another, our first artichoke dip was half full, waitress brought another, my brothers burger was supposed to be pink was well done fries were cold. Nothing offered to compensate. Won't be coming back. Applebee's really is not good
Neighborhood bar & grill comes through with a nicely cooked sirloin steak! I was here with family and we had various things from the menu but all great food. Waiter was a little hyper but other than that, a good experience (not to mention the dollar margaritas). Thumbs up! :-)
This time it was great. Food was made right the 1st time and the server was very nice very helpful and the manager even came to check to make sure everything was okay with our meal
