I have never utilized their grooming, so I cannot provide feedback there. The VIP Petcare can be reasonable for certain shots/checkups, however the vets vary per location (some drastically better than others). Overall store prices are pretty fair as far as pet stores go, but online stores can be cheaper for certain items.

Pet Supplies Plus chains in general is why this won't reach 5 stars, as like most pet stores, the animal care is lacking. However, being how this chain runs, this location deserved a higher rating.
With 4 cats we visit quite often. Good prices and friendly staff.
Staff is very nice and helpful, but it’s discusting that the goldfish tank is packed with fish that can’t even move. Please change the way you store your fish, that’s just sad.
The live animals are limited, which may be why they are generally better cared for compared to other chains. However, there is still plenty of room for improvement when it comes to keeping their reptile and fish tanks clean. Every animal looks decently well-fed though, which is nice.
Helpful staff, good selection of products, willing to price match, cramped space, and unfortunately they have live animals for sale.
The majority of staff is friendly and kind to their customers. Some staff members that have been working there for awhile, and the managers, are overall informative and extra helpful. The younger staff can sometimes be misinformed, or less helpful, but usually they try to ask other team members to help when they are unable to answer questions.
While I'm not particularly fond of how most Pet Supplies Plus stores, this location is better than many. The store is generally kept pretty clean, and the stock is almost always kept up with. Other locations tend to have dirtier isles, and less in-stock items, but this location does best here - I return here often due to this fact.
