Horrible service! Wilted salad, hair in my Aldredo. We didn't get asked if we wanted wine samples nor a appetizer. I hate to feel my guest and I was profiled but the other guests next too us got the same horrible treatment! When we spoke with the Manager "Kareem" he did nothing to accommodate how we was treated! I called corporate but I think it may be in Florida because it was closed due to weather conditions. I am very hurt by the way my guest and I was treated. I love Olive Garden but will never give another of my hard earned money to this establishment again. This is the tip I left my waiter

Our family really enjoyed our dinner today. Our waitress was Rose. She was very nice and knowledgeable about the food. She came back to our table to see if we needed anything. My grandson would like to thank Rose for his special treat
That being said i won't go back to that location, the food was ok but we waited for a long time for our salad and right when she grabbed it the food was coming out. It even took a tremendous amount of time for the 6 drinks we ordered, 3 waters 3 teas. I served for over 11 years myself and i wanted to break down and give this woman some advice but her attitude and demeanor was soo poor that i dicided she wasn't worth it. We tipped extremely well too and had to put up with some serious service issues the whole night. The only reason I tip well is because of my past experiences with serving, struggling for a long time growing up with a job i didn't like and always trying to impress customers. It would make me sick when people wouldn't tip appropriately. For that reason I tip extremely well despite the horrendous service here at the OG.
Service was slow, the server never said "you are welcome". We said thank you after everything thing she did from a refill to bringing the bill... she never replied once.
Food was hot and good
I really won't come back to this location because i can't suffer through that experience again and I've learned from my last visit. I won't say the servers name but it was a female server. The main food dishes were really good so i kept an extra star up on the review.
Cold ..I am beginning to think resturants forgot to pay heating bills. When eating out I want to be comfortable sitting and not be bundled up in jackets. We had to eat fast just so food would stay hot. Went to the restroom it was so cold in there and the faucet handle was broken..fell off into the lady's hand
