Service was friendly and very good. When I explained what I was looking for, the saleswoman gave me good suggestions, and I am happy with my purchase.
Worst customer service ever. 2 trips to the store, multiple phone calls, the same BS. The manager will call you, never has. I recommend you don't buy here. 9-19-2017 Still not fixed, a young girl called me and said they would call me back to schedule repair 6 days ago. These people are the worst at service. Update 10-13-2017 went back into the store for the 3rd time, still no calls for my repair. Update Update:10-14-2017 after finally stopping out to look at my Cat Napper they had to locate a plastic piece that broke off. 5 hours later they have the part and the repair took literally 5 minutes.
I have been purchasing furniture from the Middleburg Hts. location for 3+ years. I have solely worked with Elena! Not only is she very knowledgeable about features and functionality, but also she is one of the nicest, most professional sales people I have come across in the retail industry. I absolutely love working with her and she knows and I know, there is no other place I will go to buy a piece or several pieces at a time. She has gotten to know my style, my liking and therefore helps me with guidance/suggestions. The follow up, the customer service and the flexibility (in case I need to return something within reason of course) are commendable. Her boss Sergio is also very accommodating. Their delivery system - have worked with Matt on my most recent order - is very customer friendly. Thank you I Style Furniture! I stopped in on a whim and decided to check them out. They have a nice variety of eclectic and unusual furniture as well as traditional pieces, neatly displayed in their large showroom. I was impressed with their sale items and they seemed very reasonable! Even though there were several other customers in the store and Elena was working alone, she was very attentive and kind, and made sure to answer all of my questions. I decided to get an Ashley king mattress. To my delight, the delivery process was outstanding and I received a courtesy call to confirm delivery for a Wednesday. I was even more thrilled when the delivery crew just happened to be in the area on a Tuesday evening and called to see if they could bring the mattress early! They were super proffesional and very nice. All in all a great experience and I'd put them on your list of places to check out when shopping for furniture!
I would like to thank the sale representatives at iStyle Furniture for their professionalism in helping us choose our furniture for the living room and dining room. The furniture transformed our living room and dining room which looks really nice now! The customer service is great, they treat you like family.
