They were friendly/professional, did an excellent job on my tint, and it was very convenient to drop it off before work and pick it up after work! I am looking to take another car for tinting as I type this.
Took a new 2012 Tacoma in for the works; rustproofing, soundproofing undercoat, Diamond Finish exterior, interior fabric, protection and application of plastic film to the front and hood of the truck. All but the film was a package deal at a decent price. Film protection was expensibe BUT well worth it! They did an EXCELLENT job overall and it was done in the time they specified. Although other reviewers commented on rudeness of the Manager/Employees I found them to be professional and business-like.Highly recommend for the services mentioned.
Will add posts when I go there for annual inspections and take advantage of their years worth of free car washes.
I would not recommend this location for any services or products they are not only rude but very unfriendly when speaking to their customers. Unfortunately, I got ripped off and I guess I'll have to go to another ziebart to get the work that was supposed to be completed properly done.
After I purchased my truck brand new I brought my vehicle to this location to have a completely under coded in the hollow spaces coded as well. Upon completion I initially thought it was a great job. The customer service sucked I think it was the owner who is very short and rude when talking. After I replace my brake lights I noticed that they did not do all the hollow cavity is that they stated they did. When I called and told them about the situation I was not only cut off by the secretary but by the owner as they were "too busy right now to handle this." Although they did offer Me to come in another week I was disappointed in how I was spoken to.
This is my second time visiting this store. I got to tell you that the service was excellent, every time. Karl, the manager is a very nice and polite gentleman. He even greeted me by my first name. Big kudos to their professionalism and attention to detail!
ADDED...5 Years of superb service. Just had my annual renewal and my 2012 Tacoma looks like new again. Karl and Anna are true professionals and a pleasure to deal with. The Staff does an excellent detailed job and the Diamond Gloss is simply amazing! Thanks!
Karl really disappointed me. We took a brand new car here for service. The car had less than 100 miles on it. It was given back to us with a very odd dent on one of the doors. The dent wizard guy said something was dropped on it. When I ask karl he said it was like that when we brought it in which seems less than likely. The car was in three places, the dealership, my garage and karl's Ziebart. My guess is that when they were servicing the car one of his employees dropped a piece of equipment on the car. I can never go back here. Untrustworthy, liars
I thought I could deal with this issue as this was my third time going back to them. But this was the final straw I will not be spoken to in this manner nor will I tolerate it. And I would highly recommend the people do not go to this location to be treated poorly from someone whom you are a pain to complete a service on a vehicle or an object that you pride!
